These are the stereotypical "male model cheekbones" The ones that protrude like this have huge mass but also they're low set. O'Pry's high cheekbones don't compare

There is some truth to what you said, low but prominent cheekbones look very good on some people. However, they can alter your hollow cheeks to a lower position and it looks weird, like in the second pic.
