i struggle to sleep

not all the time
just times when I genuinely try to sleep and especially need to sleep
I simply cant
there's nights where I can fall asleep in a minute without trying but then u get nights where u can do whatever but not fall asleep

anyone else experience this thing

turn off social media 1 hour before bed
have a fullfilling grinding day so you get tired
