Does anyone know how to get rid of them?

I’ve tried a couple of different exercises, i’ve tried having better posture it’s only like temporary nor does it work that well.

Does anyone have any suggestions or is it over for me. :(

I know it’s not insanely bad but i was just wondering if i could do anything to fix the part sticking out, or is it just because i’m skinny?
