Im gonna do it 30 Min every morning fasted
Done 30min and it feels good

I’m feeling dizzy and weak. It’s difficult to put into words just how sad and painful things have been as of late

Yeah I alternate lifting and cardio days, cardio is legit if you want to have more stamina for sex or if you have anxiety doing lots of cardio will bring down your resting heart rate and blood pressure which helps more than people realize. Also it's just good for your circulation which will reflect in how your skin and hair etc will look

I just do HIIT instead of Cardio tbh
 
cardio is absolute shit and irrelevant to cutting and looking lean

lift and eat less (but high protein) is all that matters

Cardio is very useful, its good for your internal organs

But yes it is bad for cutting weight/getting shredded, it just makes you hungrier

Fasting is everything for being lean

yeah this is something i should have specified. For me personally, and for many others it just triggers ur appetite response into overdrive, while lifting weights doesn't for me. That alone made me ditch cardio and I am able to eat a lot less.


For overall health, yes, you have to include some form of cardio

Being lean is not the point of doing cardio.
