yeah this is something i should have specified. For me personally, and for many others it just triggers ur appetite response into overdrive, while lifting weights doesn't for me. That alone made me ditch cardio and I am able to eat a lot less.Cardio is very useful, its good for your internal organs
But yes it is bad for cutting weight/getting shredded, it just makes you hungrier

Very trueYeah I alternate lifting and cardio days, cardio is legit if you want to have more stamina for sex or if you have anxiety doing lots of cardio will bring down your resting heart rate and blood pressure which helps more than people realize. Also it's just good for your circulation which will reflect in how your skin and hair etc will look
