I feel less aggressive but also calmer and more emotional.
Fasting is healthy in a lot of ways so long as you don't overdo it and get the proper nutrients. It's pretty much a lifestyle for me at this point. I haven't eaten for like a day now and it's no big deal to me. I'm cleaning up and doing everyday chores normally. Had a cup of coffee but I could've gone without it and I actually feel less dependent on caffeine than when I was eating carbs every few hours.
I think I'll continue. The long fasts of 3+ days I'll probably limit to once a month though. The only real concern is nutrient deficiency but with the 1-2 day fasts that isn't really likely to occur.
