I feel less aggressive but also calmer and more emotional.

Fasting is healthy in a lot of ways so long as you don't overdo it and get the proper nutrients. It's pretty much a lifestyle for me at this point. I haven't eaten for like a day now and it's no big deal to me. I'm cleaning up and doing everyday chores normally. Had a cup of coffee but I could've gone without it and I actually feel less dependent on caffeine than when I was eating carbs every few hours.

I think I'll continue. The long fasts of 3+ days I'll probably limit to once a month though. The only real concern is nutrient deficiency but with the 1-2 day fasts that isn't really likely to occur.

Ty I also have leanmaxxing goals. My waist is 73 cm and I want to reach 69 cm by the end of next month. I thought it'd be easier but I find I actually have to suck my belly in for it to be that small, so maybe I'm overreaching. I'm really going for a long-term transformation and health comes first so I'm putting a lot of patience at the forefront of this journey.

We're on the same path yakhi.

My waist has always been big due to obesity. At one point I needed 40-42 size pants.

Currently wearing 36.

I have some size 32 hand me down jeans from a friend.

Idc about my weight or BMI or anything my goal is to lean down and get into them or at least come close.

Lifefuel if I actually pull it off. Male models pants size are apparently like 28-30.

Yeah well, it's temporary. Not the intermittent type fasting, but the prolonged periods of restriction is only until I reach my waist goal and find some sort of equilibrium. My body's gonna have to adapt and get used to this lower weight at some point, and then I can start eating at maintenance after that.

I think it's particularly good to go about it like this, fasting, because this means I'm having days where I'm eating at maintenance or even above, so my metabolism won't slow down as much as if I was just cutting down calories and constantly staying at a deficit.
