Is it possible? i started 12 days ago and my acne has decreased noticably.

yeah, there's some skin conditions affected by DHT, acne can also be related to it.

hair got a lot denser, no sides besides slightly diminished sex drive.

Yes that’s possible. And yes it can happen because that’s how the drug works. Not sure how you just hopped on a drug without knowing the functionality and your doc just let it happen but whatever. Hoping you at least got baseline bloodwork done before hopping on?

Yes initially, but it got back after 2 months or so. Still better than baseline.
