Ive used 15% Azaelic acid gel for a few months and some other benzoylperoxid stuff which i got from my derm,neither have been working for my acne which is pretty moderate and the main problem is hyperpigmentation but nothing works and my skin still looks ugly asf,is there any recommandations which dont include retinoids like tret?I would use tret but im scared of the purge and i just want some easy fix that works fast tbh.
