Steady state cardio at a consistent pace you can maintain. Not zone 1 or sprinting, a pace you can maintain for 20-30+ minutes. If you're quite big, an exercise bike may be better for your joints at first. Lower fat intake, up protein intake, eat cleaner, lots of water.

mirin, amazing shit, i'm eating a shit ton too, planning to start shedding weight when i reach 20 or so, also when you're certain your growth is over and want to shed fat do like 15k steps a day, you don't even need to be on a calorie deficit to lose weight on that
