9th to 10th grade I gained a total of 50 lbs, I was bulking (eating everything I could) and was getting well over 4k cals a day, including all my vitamins and proteins, I can’t thank my brother enough

HMTN and overweight does not correlate. No one who is overweight is a HMTN, fatso. Now just work on gradually and consistently leaning down to around 12% body fat.

Steady state cardio at a consistent pace you can maintain. Not zone 1 or sprinting, a pace you can maintain for 20-30+ minutes. If you're quite big, an exercise bike may be better for your joints at first. Lower fat intake, up protein intake, eat cleaner, lots of water.

25% is unacceptable.
