I think i am à Lefort 3 candidate

Hi, I’ve been interested in surgery for two years now. I tried to lie to myself by looking for alternatives, but I have to face the truth — I’m a candidate for a Le Fort III, and honestly, it’s the only surgery that can save me. I have 20 mm of eye protrusion. I already had a free bimax surgery four years ago, so I definitely have a recessed maxilla.
I’m therefore considering a Le Fort III surgery with custom palate implants for a better result — or possibly a Le Fort II if that could be enough, although that’s unlikely since I also have recessed cheekbones.
Here is a profile photo of me before my bimax surgery in 2021 (it’s from a CT scan, sorry, I don’t have any other photo), and another photo talent more recently . What do you think?
Also @RealSurgerymax i would like to have this surgery with you cause your the only one i trust for do this surgery to me so if u can tell me what u think it could be cool

ye mb what i want to ask is not say. Did this surgery on non syndromic case like me can be done and havé good aesthetic résulte most restult that we can find are done on syndromic patient and without custom palate so i was wondering if it can give a pleasing aesthetic résulte on me and what is the cost. Also if u havé some résulte on non syndromic patient i would like to see them . Sorry for my bad english

Hello. Youre a borderline candidate which can probably be treated with similar or better outcome with less risks with LeFort I + Implants and rhinoplasty. If you are ready for surgery within the next 6 months you can get scans and send them over for evaluation.

Okay but what i want to focus on is reduce the bulginess of my eyes i know orbital décompression is an option but its not really good as what Said few surgeon to me if u want i can pm u pictures of my front

Also their is 2 scan for mesure my exophtalmie 1 from 2021 is a ct scan wich is supposed to be more accurate and the ôter is an irm from this year, they both give me a really différent value of my exophtalmie wich one should i trust ?

Okay but dont u think that my eyes are too bulging for make a propre supra that will reduce my uue ? I mean it cant drop too much cause my eyes no ?

You need to have a consultation I can think of ways implants can work in principle but need to see your scans first.
