I think I have fungal acne not bacterial

I’m on tretinoin, clyindamicine phosphate solution and sum else and I’ve been on them for a long time and no fkn changes I think this is fungal, it don’t itch but it definitely fits the descriptions. Also none of the acne stuff I’ve been doing hasn’t gotten rid of the literally original lil-fungal-fucks either
