try a different tape, something stronger and stickier. also do more cardio whilst nose breathing to train that functionalityYeah ive been nose breathing for a few years now and have slowly been gaining ccw rotation again over the years, but bro when i use mouth tape i always wake up with it dissapeared and by the morning breath its obvious i mouth breathed in the night
