I think I might have ADHD, but is it worth it trying to get diagnosed?

I have aspergers diagnosed, but they haven't really done anything for it, other than diagnosing me. I struggle to focus heavily, and I stim like crazy when I'm bored. It might just be my brain that's cooked from the years of short form content tho. Does anyone have any experiences with ADHD medicine, like did it help or make it worse for you?

It can be worth it because then if you ever want to try some meds to get some shit done you can give it a shot. But be careful and do your own research and make your own demands or they will push a lot of shit and it’ll just make you a zombie. But actually if you are an aspie you can probably get meds already if you ask
