My resting bpm is 120+.. even rn as im typing this
On Friday I had a 12 hour shift and then I went gym afterwards. I also drank a fuck ton of caffiene too. I decided to do some mephedrone and 3cmc.. I didnt weigh out doses but I have done much more before without any troubles.
I had a nice roll during the night and I did lose a fuck ton of water. I didn't consider my heart at all.
In the end i decided to stand up from the couch and then my heart went OVERDRIVE.
I wasn't too worried to begin with as something similar happened when I had THC and my heart was pounding for 2 hours but I managed to sleep.
My heart rate went up to 170bpm ish and WOULD NOT go down.
I started panicking but tried to remain calm and stressing more would increase my heart rate further.
I looked on youtube and did every breathing exercise out there but it made it WORSE
My heart was pounding so fucking hard, non stop for hours on end.
I didnt want to call the ambulance because I didnt want my family knowing I did drugs.
It got progressively worse and worse and it came to the point where I couldn't breathe and I was gasping for air.
I still tried to remain calm. It would not go down. I was gasping for air like I was underwater for about 2 hours. I seriously tried considering calling the ambulance but everytime I thought about it, my heart rate increased.
I stood up and I got very dizzy, I felt a tingling sensation in my arms and neck and my vision went blurry, I also had a sharp pain on my left side of the chest.
At this point, I thought I was going to die.
I somehow managed to try stay cool and so more slow breathing. This lasted for about an hour.
I managed to go asleep later but my heart was still racing.
I woke up and heart was still racing throughout the day. It's been 2 days and its still racing, even as im typing.
I told myself I will never take drugs again.
What do I tell the doctor? does anyone think I am in serious trouble? I will call him soon as im getting fast heart rate and irregular beating. Im genuinely scared for myself.
It also doesn't help that I used a fuck ton of gear before. I am only on trt rn but im thinking to lower dose.
