could get an almost equally good result from fat grafting for a fraction of the price, effort, recovery. Not to mention that most of the time people who get supra and infra implants require fat grafts after to make them look more natty (high uncanny risk) meaning fat grafting beforehand wouldn't be wasteful in any way if op did want to do supras, although it looks unnecessary here.

i have pretty good eye hooding due to soft tissue but like shitty supras. so when i raise my eye brows they look like bug eyes. id need supra implants right? or should i get fat grafting?

probably supras, although i'm not sure if it’s really a worthwhile surgery honestly, results tend to be not great, usually there are better areas to target surgically than supras
