Haven't been injured from benching yet but my pec/shoulder has a weird faint uncomfortable feeling in it. Can't really stretch it out.
tbh I'm starting to think bench is overrated, thick neck, big arms, broad shoulders/back, and legs are more important tbh
probably gonna do dips or just high volume pushups idk. Been getting annoyed with benching lately anyway.
