Of course bro, I got leaner, started eating a fuck ton of meat, fruit, and dairy (like 2l of milk a day), started going outside more and getting sun exposure, more sleep (10+ hours) accutane for my acne which also reduced nose width, i also use hydrocortisone cream for my nose aswell, minimising stress, dont eat as much slop, dyed my hair, lashes, and eyebrows jet black, used niacinamide for even skin complexion and use concealer for under eyes, also grew out my hair and ill probs get flamed for saying this but bonesmashing unironically saved my chin
