At a family gathering someone brought up looksmaxing and he seemed like he was having ptsd.
He looked reluctant to speak and looked visibly uncomfortable from his body language, but then he said how he got deep into it before and how it fucked with his mental health and had him constantly stressing about his features.
The way he spoke when he told us this looked like he was trying not to think too much about it while he was saying it.
I was ntmaxxed and pretended to be oblivious, but i understood him perfectly how it could mess with his mental health
