Been taking what is supposedly 20 mg per day for like 4 days and ts got me looking like a desert stock image.
Normally I tolerate it fine, in my prime I was taking 80mg daily and spending 2hrs/day in toxic chlorine water and my skin was not as dry as it currently is. L supplier potentially.
