My orthodontics probably helped me a lot it was when I was a youngin, though.

I don’t remember my whole process. However, I know I had extractions and a spacer for my lower jaw. And then braces as a teen + wisdom teeth removal (a couple years ago) and now Invisalign at night.

Overall definitely helped. At the time, though, I was fully tarded on r/mewing. I wanted to remove my braces because I thought I’d be recessed, jfl.

Didn’t have the balls to tell my mum that I was going to remove my braces to press my tongue against my palate. Glad I didn’t do that now, but life is just rough out here, man.
