Okay, so where I live it is extremely normal that guys use the word "phimosis" to mock each other, once one of my friends asked me if i am circuncised or not, and I said that i am not.
He then asked if i can pull my foreskin back or not, I literally said that i was born as a normal person
I said it because I didn't know if he was asking whether I could pull my foreskin back with having a heart attack out of pain or without.

How do you not know? If you cannot comfortably retract your foreskin, you have phimosis. If you have phimosis your dick is dirty. If you have phimosis, get it fixed. Don't get circumcised either.
