after 4 months not having a phone. Those 4 months of almost zero social interactions and only looking at my front in a mirror were the happiest time of my life since I was a little kid

today I took fotos of my 3/4 etc and I have been brought back to the ground. I wore glasses all this time, which were hiding my dogshit orbital shape, I never looked at my 3/4 in the past 4 months and I legit feel like just laying in bed again and just try to fall asleep and forget my shitty existance

the worst thing is, that I still dont know what to do about it. I would literally need a lefort3 to live a normal life
