i took them off about a year and a half ago because of reasons that dont need to be discussed, but now i have a slight overbite which makes me slightly recessed ig? Just wondering if anyone can relate or if there are any fixes to this that arent cope.

They dont need to, but lets discuss them
im nd and was going through a depressive state and couldnt bare the thought of having them on my teeth and convinced myself that they needed to come off so i did it myself, terrible idea but didnt damage my teeth somehow. i am better now and not a complete iqlet and not in a depressive state but i wish i kept them on longer

most likely have a recessed mandable the braces camouflaged the issue

that sounds like the most likely scenario but then going forwards, what is the most effective way to ascend a recessed mandible these days?

go back to the orthodontist, braces can most likely fix overbites

thankyou i appreciate that im just trying to better myself and to ascend so i can be more confident and feel better within myself

only thing you can do then is save up money. there's nothing "natural" you can do to fix a perceivable overbite.

i was going to recommend surgery but if you don't have money for that, then i'm kinda lost
