You could also try a maoi+buprupione or switch your propanolol for telmisartan if you need cardiovasculsr support so you can test if the cns supression is the issue

i ask the doc to switch, he said nothing else would work on me not even other beta blockers- adrenergic related blood pressure spikes palpitations and PVCs
