You could also try a maoi+buprupione or switch your propanolol for telmisartan if you need cardiovasculsr support so you can test if the cns supression is the issue

i ask the doc to switch, he said nothing else would work on me not even other beta blockers- adrenergic related blood pressure spikes palpitations and PVCs

I also had extremely increased libido upon starting dutasteride. It is still extremely high when I don't take the rest of my stack which suppresses libido a bit. It is way superior to the peasant drug finasteride for this reason alone.
