A really good friend of mine was probably bipolar based on conversations I had with his dad at his funeral this summer. He shot himself in the head. He showed no signs of harming himself throughout our 20 year friendship. He had a nice house, great career and he was seriously considering buying a farmstead a week before he did this. Glad you're okay, seriously though, get into therapy or consider seeing a psychiatrist, and i am really sorry about your friend @panjeet currycel , nothing i say can change what happened but i just want you to know if you ever or if anyone needs to talk i am here to listen, it's really hard out there, we as a community should try to protect our brothers here, not throw shit at them, most of us share the same end goal and a lot of guys here struggle with mental health problems, i can't help but feel sad.

therapy is rather expensive here. It's been a while since I checked but its around $275 for a 45 minute session yes just one short session. I rather pay for a hooker instead. Though I think I maybe covered since It's pretty severe will go check with my GP.

Medication's side affects are too strong often does worse than good...
