I was hooked from weed from when I was 12 to 16 ,I am now 18 and haven’t smoked in 2 years but it took a huge toll on my looks

Yeah I started smoking cigs at 9 but I quit soon after because I was smoking so many daily ,but in my opinion weed is far worse ,causes so much stress which led to hairloss and destroys ur skin and makes u gain weight etc
