I wanna do a fightmaxxing/Selfdefense thread for noobs to beat up a bully/knock out mfs in general

Hey Chico ever thought of learning to fight?

Na i mean why fight when you can just carry a gun?

But Seriously do it bro

he must have had 0 muscle mass or was a faggot/framelet.
Lmao he was moderately fit, you dont understand how op leg kicks are if you dont know how to counter it you're fucked, when you do one they usually drop their hands to try and block with their hands which opens up their face

its a good plan
look for bjj gyms where they start standing up since thats more important in a street fight imo

@goat2x Would love to see it bro. Every man should learn how to fight regardless of who they are.
I myself have only boxed a little bit (light sparring, mitt work, heavy bag training, and conditioning.) Never had an actual match or been in a real fight before though.

tbh if u are a newbie (never stepped a foot in a martial arts gym)
Your best bet is being aggressive as fuck
i went to a club yesterday and there was a bigass fight
and the guy who ripped off his shirt started screaming and shit like an ape but he couldnt even box
noone even challenged hm

1 More question, will I lose muscle mass transitioning over from lifting to martial arts (muay thai), I have a pretty good lean physique.

Depends on how much muay thai and lifting you will do per week

No, I mean fully stopping lifting and just going muay thai

im not gonna lie you will lose muscle
especially muscles that are only lifting specific like biceps and shit
But you will still have a very good physique
go to the gym once a weak and you can retain the muscle mass plus add a bit of muscle from muay thai

we only do martial art specific strenght training which are pretty basic
for example
yesterday we did pushups , sit ups and tire jumps like this

Face matters but reach, natural talent, agressivenes, reflexes, muscle type matters too
Face matters the least in boxing actually, footwork, natural talent, and intelligent is most important. Everything else can be learned and can be good at over years of sparring and fighting but if you ain't got good footwork/coordination combined with intelligence, it's over unless you're built like Deontay Wilder
