I see no progress in the gym. i‘ve been inconsistently working out for like a year and a half. Honestly it doesnt seems like it makes no diffrence if i go or not.
try 5x5 5repsxsets , also make sure your getting enough of all micronutrients including fats and carbs

Pine polen powder is a potent supplement for test and other benefits. I am now on 2 month cycle, i use 3 gram daily and 6 grams + shishandra + creatine on gym days.

How can you do progressive overload and not see results though? Maybe 1,5 years is too little, it took me 2 to 3 years to see results. And now in my third year ppl are shocked at my biceps. I only do 3 times a week though and all natural.

Another thing you can try is semen retention. I also did this, recently I am looking aesthetic as fuck after leaning out.

im never in my life doing semen retention again.

i dont use creatin/protein powder or any supplements, as i just thought diet would do the same and it breaks me out or bloats.

No, pretty cheap and available in europe. You do have to go consistently though, that is the key important factor + progressive overload + enough protein. Than you should be good. I did 3 times a week gym only 5 exercises, just the basics compound. 1 hour each day of those 3 days and I look completely different. Ppl overcomplicate the shit out of gym, but consistency is key

Pine polen is good for skin as well though.

No, i don't do that shit. Gym is just a small part of my routine. I don't obsess over it. But my mom was shocked at my biceps a while ago, she hadn't seen me with a tank top for 2 years or something. My bicep and shoulder are bigger than my head when I take off my shirt. She took pictures to send to my family lmao and this year ppl and friends are regularly complimenting me on my biceps and call me ''kast" which means closet in the netherlands, a term to indicate something that is big with muscles. Only started to happen this year, so in my third year of gym.

I may take some pictures when abs definition will be even better I am at this point of being shredded but not quite yet, my abs go from visible to not visible when I move, there is still a bit of fat, but veins are starting to appear on my bicep and shoulders so this is a good sign

Hips are wide but your clavicles are actually pretty good, if you filled out you would look good. Was expecting worse. Can barely see insertions tho cuz of shit lighting

Tbh most people have some good and bad insertions. It’s rare to have all good inserts. I’d say the most important insertions are cheat and delts tbh. Maybe abs

dont worry op after your bimax breathing will become so much easier which means you get much more sleep and can withstand harder workouts and get stronger
