Im 80kgs and 180 cm at 15 yo, (in 2 months im 16) and i want to grow over 190 cm, what i should do?
Father is 180 cm i think and mother 175, 170 cm

do you have facial hair? If so it won’t be likely you’ll grow much, if not then you’ll be well over 190 so don’t worry. I’m stuck in 170 hell waiting for a growth spurt

Good nutrition and sleep is the best natural way to boost the height, u can also do hgh+ai to boost it as much as possible u still have time but considering your parents height u might not be able to reach 190+ but its not impossible
