i want to do a mini aggressive cut just to loose the bf %, im in aprox 15-18 and i wanna go to 12 like in 2 weeks, im thinking of dropping mi cals to 1500 and doing 1h of cardio, then on the next week 1300, only for 2 weeks i need it

u fucking idiot, It took u years to get fat and u think it will be easy to lose weight, do u think it's going to be that simple??? Everything that comes easy either goes easy or comes with its drawbacks.
And if u reach ur goal, will u keep it as it is??? Use ur brain iqcel dumb
That's because losing weight is easy, starving urself will only take muscle with u (abdomen).

i dont need it for multiple days, just one then ill be happy
night before - 1gal water + 5 salt packets. steal lasix. sleep in trash bags. wake up 5lbs lighter.

morning of - zero water. chew ice. 20mg yohimbine. 100 pushups to make ribs pop.

last hour - epsom salt bath s. car heater maxxing with windows up. flex until veins show or you pass out.

maintenance - spit don't swallow. lick salt avoid all liquids including tears.

nigga didnt you read? ive been in a steady controlled deficit of around 500 for abt 6 months or so i lost failry good amount, i just wanr ONE fucking day ONE day to be like flat completely, im around 13-18% not really sure havent done that scan

1 muscle needs load progression (repetitions and weight)
2 train more than twice a week
3 low volume ALWAYS, example for you idiot (Less than 2 sets, and less than 7 reps) this is for valid sets.
4 Don't over-train ur abs...just give them a "toned" look (This is assuming u've already done everything I've said)
And this shit is genetic, don't stress about it. I got to 10 Bf and u'll have it all
And no nigga I didn't read everything, and I won't even apologize bc that's low aura

i do progressive overload with an UL split training abs 2 times per week
2 sets one for ab crunches one for leg raises close to failure 1 rir aprox

If u need to lose fat
MAKE A DEFITC NO GREATER THAN 600KCAL AND GIVING ALL THE NECESSARY NUTRIENTS, I SAID ALL
And another thing, if you just start cutting (even if it's a small amount) your body will get used to it and you won't lose weight.
You would need to cut 50kcal per week until you reach a deficit, then maintain and then cycle carbs.
