What are YOUR 3 things you think are the most significant during puberty and why?
The three things more important during puberty is nutrition, skin care, and probably building a decent physique.

i think its based. when i was 12 i started sports and i was obsessed with it, i think if i didnt exercise doing puberty, I would be boneless ltn and under 170. btw i was the one who into sprints and i was taller than everyone else in the class, but when I stopped sprinting, it became the opposite:forcedsmile:

Diet,sleep,and no stress
Last part Is important,if you stress a lot it will reflect on your looks
