I wanna start bone smashing

Im freshly 17 185lbs 6'3 idk if any of that matters but yeah. I wanna dtart bone smashing becuase i feel like my entire face is really flat and i just had some angularity id look better, but if im being honest i have no clue where to start. idk how often i should do it, if i should actually use a hammer of if thats just jokes, where to target, really anything. so please help me out and tell me personally where i should target/ where im lacking bones thanks (sorry for the terrible lighting)

The best areas to bone smash are your zygos and the angle of the mandible. These are really the only areas that anyone one bonesmashes but u can also try your brow ridge if you want to improve eye are but be careful or you'll get an ogre face. Use a massage gun and do it twice a day and make sure to brace your head in some sort of way like putting your hand on it to protect your brain don't put the massage gun on the same spot for too long probably about a minute each and do everything for about 10-15 min. Bonesmashing isn't a one for all your not gonna magiclly reshape your face so keep that in mind.

Yea both a hammer and a fist work but there just a little more risky i mean how can hitting yourself with a hammer not be its cool if u wanna go ahead and do it but if i were you i would save up for a cheap massage gun that has the pointed attachment otherwise go with the hammer.

I tried massage gun, never hammer. I'm a bit reluctant to do hammer as my recession is in the eye area.

Never use a hammer to bs your eye area, for example the supra obirtal, hit it with a object that has a small surface area like the edges of your phone
