I want Accutane but I cant possibly get prescribed it until 6 and a half months from now

I have patience and am willing to do skincare but it all seems bs like sure I see results but the results are so tiny and it always ends up coming back, I feel like i have honestly tried almost everything and atp I want to do ghkcu but i dont know how to get it without people finding out. But at the same time i dont want to use it I feel like I want to be natrual so i just need skincare tips and what I can do.
