At 15, your epiphyseal plates are probably not closed yet. I would look into aromatase inhibitors and HGH. Later on, you can probably consider androgensHonest rating
Also, depending on where you live, you could get a medically covered bimax with CCWAt 15, your epiphyseal plates are probably not closed yet. I would look into aromatase inhibitors and HGH. Later on, you can probably consider androgens

im also 15 and to be honest after countless hours of reasearch i can tell you this: do not worry about looks during your teenage years. I spent years obsessing over my looks and it made things worse. What you should be doing at 15 is this: go to the gym at least 3 days a week (do your own research on what do while in the gym, dont just take advice from people you know), eat above your maintenance calories , socialize often (this is really important), get bare minimum an hour of sunlight exposure if you arent already, drink atleast 2-3l of water a day, find some hobbies (makes your life more fulfilling), avoid alcohol at all costs (it nukes your test), and lastly find something your good at and find a way to profit off of it. ( gotta get your $ up)Honest rating

forgot to mention something very important by the way: improve your sleep quality and get at least 9 hours of sleep each night if you can. this means no screens in the 2 hours before sleeping, avoiding bluelight at nightime, taking supplements ( magnesium glycenate, melatonin, l-theanine: this stack literally had me lucid dreaming every night im not kidding), engaging in physical activity during the day, and many more things
thank you for the advice im happy to say i do most of these things. I literally love lucid dreaming so i might have to hop on that.forgot to mention something very important by the way: improve your sleep quality and get at least 9 hours of sleep each night if you can. this means no screens in the 2 hours before sleeping, avoiding bluelight at nightime, taking supplements ( magnesium glycenate, melatonin, l-theanine: this stack literally had me lucid dreaming every night im not kidding), engaging in physical activity during the day, and many more things.
