Because there are no surgeries for my biggest failoes

my biggest failoes is eye distance, very wide eyes, nobody wants to do eye distance surgery if not clinically deformed, my jaw is EXTREMELY non existent, i would need like multiple jaw surgeries and implants, and even if i got both of these, my skull is compressed, so to match the new height of the bottom of my face i would need to put implants on the top of my head, but the skin doesn't stretch that much, so i would need to get those implants in phases so the skin can stretch,

After this i would still be very short, i would need double LL taking years,

but then again, i am already all legs and no torso, so i would look extremely uncanny and be unbalanced

I have no shoulders, already narrow looking, imagine with LL

even if i had wide shoulders and were tall my head is so short and after i would have it elongated it would look like i have no neck so it's just over
