I would ask for extractions, in your case it would actually be ideal should harmonize your face a LOT better boosting your harmony to 90%Thank you very much about the info, I'll take additional videos from better angle tomorrow. And I have a question, I'm going to the orthodontist in a month because I have underbite in one side of my mouth palate, Will palate expender will help with my narrow and long face? Will it help with anything about my appearance?
Lose fatIm 16, Almost 17 and I want to do hard maxxing. But I need to know what I type of surgerys do I need to get to ascend.
extractions? what for? my native language is not English so I want to be clear extractions is like taking out your your teeth?I would ask for extractions, in your case it would actually be ideal should harmonize your face a LOT better boosting your harmony to 90%
Yes taking out teethextractions? what for? my native language is not English so I want to be clear extractions is like taking out your your teeth?
But what for?Yes taking out teeth
Based on the most recent discussions here, the consensus seems to be that a palate expander can improve cheekbones' projection. Will palate expender will help with my narrow and long face? Will it help with anything about my appearance?
It cant improve anything cheek related. As if you want to do it safely you should only expand 5-10 mm at most and this wont change cheekbones at all. As the ones who had cheek bones diffrences did 15+ mm and looked like balloons and assymetrical after with wider noses. 5 is will make nose breathing a little better and smile a bit wider. But its two year procedure with almost zero Aesthetic benefits. And it costs 20k if you go to a experienced expander+ ortho cost. and will achieve a better, broader smile (e.g. from only 6 teeth showing to 8-10).
It will also improve breathing, if you have any issue in that regard.
However, it won't change your bigonial width or modify your vertical thirds.

What about narrow face and long face? does it help with the ratio? It cant improve anything cheek related. Here is better video of me, Ignore my hair I didn't stylish itThis low-angle shot is not ideal for a facial assessment. The camera should be set higher.
That said, at this point, I think one of your biggest flaws is the lack of angularity. You still have some baby fat that conceals the cheekbones, jaw angles, jaw line, and chin. Given your age, it's bound to gradually shed within the next 10 years or so. Obviously, keeping an optimal body composition will help too (in other words : be lean).
But still, you may have a sub-optimal bone mass underneath.
Also, you seem to have a long midface and a rather narrow face, especially in the lower third (i.e weak gonions & mandible, chin that lacks squareness).
If you can't be bothered to post additional pics & videos here, try to take a proper front profile for yourself, and use it to calculate your main ratios (like FWHR).
Nose may need some refinement too, at least based on the front profile. Some people will tell you to straighten the nose because of the hook visible from the side profile, but I think yours looks fine, and maybe it is an ethnic or family feature that you feel comfortable with and wish to keep.
You seem to have some hollowness under the eyes. It could be fixed with fat grafting.
[softmax] Your eyebrows lack density, in particular towards the outer edge. You can try to thicken them with minoxidil + microneedling.
[softmax] Shave that stache. It's too thin.
So, to answer your main question : some type of jaw surgery, possibly implants (e.g. jaw angles, zygos, chin), rhinoplasty, and fat grafting.
You will need a CT scan to discuss details with a maxillofacial surgeon. Most likely one specialized in orthognathics.
@EitanVRM here's a morph to give you a rough idea of the improvement potentially generated by all these procedures :

I kinda fucked up the eye area, as it looks like you're wearing make-up, but fat grafting should definitely reduce the darker coloring around the eyes.
Regarding the chin, to achieve that sort of flat bottom / squareness, you'll most likely need fillers. Not a lot of them though.
I think the eyebrows are sitting too high above the eyes on this picture. Could be the angle. If not, injecting botox in the frontalis muscle could relax the brow and improve the eyebrow to eye spacing. Here's another morph to illustrate this subtle effect :

You think I have ptosis?you're welcome.
Just cover the eyes. The rest looks pretty good imo, and relatively realistic.
No need for another picture. Your second video was clear enough. I've suggested a plan of action accordingly, and I stick by it. My only doubt is the exact type of jaw surgery needed. You will clear that up during your consultation with a maxillofacial surgeon specialized in orthognathics. Until then, you can already implement the softmaxxing recommendations (eyebrows, neck, fat loss). And, theoretically, you could also have the fat grafting done to the eye area before the jaw surgery. I don't think an age restriction applies to this procedure, but I could be wrong.
My suggested plan in chronological order :
softmaxxing > fat grafting, ptosis repair > jaw surgery > rhinoplasty
@EitanVRM
Its obvious you doYou think I have ptosis?
Whats the reason for putting fat grafting before jaw surgery? Doesnt it make sense to go through a major ortho surgery aka a big change before implementing something performed at a much smaller scale?you're welcome.
