I have been reading a lot about how our diets changes our face.I want to eat Raw Meat and drink Raw Milk.Problem is Raw Milk is banned in my country and Im not so sure about Raw Meat.

It really depends on how much you trust your butcher. I've slammed countless servings of raw beef and It tastes like sushi but 10x better. Just be extremely careful with exotic cuts like boar, venison, bear, etc. When it comes to raw milk, call me a copecell but that stuff tastes mid and has a high risk for disease. Have you thought about pre-ordering fresh meat from a local shop?

Thanks. Also don't get me wrong, properly cooked meat isn't bad. The human immune system has become too weak to just eat raw food. be careful about how much raw meat you take as you can get some nasty parasites that will cost a fortune to remove.
