not that i know, you will have to choose any natural lighting source in your home (windows)
then select an outside background that matches exactly the time of the day and sunlight (or no sunlight)

the resolution also has to be similar between the two pictures.

Here's a thread I made. I plan on doing this too but it's high effort. Lighting has to match, pic quality of you and the new background have to be the same, etc. Also gotta check if the pic can be recognized by reverse image search, because if it is, you can be humiliated if someone bothers to check.

For faking having a social circle: There's also shit like facial recognition, where e.g. instagram will tell people that their faces were used in someone else's post even if you don't tag them. So if you're inserting yourself into a group photo, maybe face-swap the other faces with ai-generated faces. This is why I've been procrastinating with this stuff myself. It's too time-consuming and difficult to get right.
