I want to save up for surgeries. Which ones would make me attractive. Serious answers only

Next year, I'm going to put in one last effort before calling it to an end.

My plan is to go to countries where surgeries are cheaper after wageslaving. So far I want to get a hairline surgery, eye hood removal, underbite surgery, lip reduction. What are some other surgeries that could increase my attractiveness

Maybe subtle implants. Large ones look uncanny and obvious, but your zygos aren't very prominent and your mandible could use more width, so subtle implants there would help. I can't see your side profile but some type of jaw advancement (upper/lower/both depending on bite) could ascend you.

hmm maybe just 5mm bigonial implants with some infraorbital rim implants as well.
you could maybe use some zygomatic implants but that's only if you REALLY got bread like that
