At 15 you probably cant afford gh unless you got a job.

Get on t3/t4 + L carnitine and stop being a lazy fuck and work out to lose the weight

at 15 you should have plenty of your own GH if you want to lose fat only

That’s not how it works GH will increase appetite and water retention I personally know 2 ppl with idiopathic short stature who injected pharma GH for years and they became slightly overweight with thick ass bones
