If you use actual flower it will taste potent and dank. Strain dependent. Tastes like burned plant matter.

Brief science explanation

When you consume weed you are either inhaling delta 9 THC or your liver is metabolizing delta 9 thc into delta 11 hydroxyl-thc in the case of edibles.

Delta 11 is a stronger more potent metabolite than delta 9 so that’s why you would smoke more weed than you would take in edibles.

As for the best types.

I woudl put flower and solventless concentrates as the best in terms of the high.

The thing about weed is that the high is extremely varied strain to strain, this is most apparent in flower and concentrates not edibles because when your body converted to delta 11 hydroxyl it all feels the same just dose dependent.

The terpenes in each different strain and the unique phenotype expression heavily influence the high. Not just thc percentage
