I was denied otoplasty

I am speaking of lobule and helix.
There are the pictures so you know how it is messed up.

Surgeon said that he can not operate on soft tissue and he took my ears by middle, pushed them backwards and said that is how my earses new position would look like (it would still look bad). So how the fuck did Hamza got his helix fixed?

Forgot to add, he said he could cut the skin behind lobule which would stretch the skin and push it backwards. So I guess lobule could be fixed. But the stretch would remain he said.
