Two weeks ago, I had momentum. Gym daily. Clean food. Cold showers. Reading. I felt alive. There was even a girl who made me believe I mattered.

Now I haven’t trained in 2 days. Haven’t showered. Spent hours edging, rotting in my room. Back to the same dopamine traps. The same numbness.

She didn’t even end things. Just slowly vanished. No closure. No words. I was never really “hers” anyway. But I built my purpose around her attention. That was the mistake.

I relapse the moment reality hits. I know the routines. I’ve done them before. But when shit gets hard, I fold. Every time.

It’s always the same cycle.

It’s over. Again.

Nigga u have to push through the girl i really liked ghosted me too, but it jat gave me more motivation cuz what shes basically saying is that im not good enough and she doesnt believe in me, by not pushing through ur proving that she was right and that she made the right decision since she ghosted me ive been locked in and ive gotten better looking, stronger, more disciplined and im starting to get attention from alot of girls my life is genuonely chnaging b4 my eyes keep going bro itll be worth it in the end
