I was wrong about people.

I know that normie hate is completely normalised these days and it's very easy to see them as a subhuman class of people, but the truth is that while all that is true, they are needed to run the world.
They are the followers, the minions you could say, and are absolutely necessary for a society to be successful.

They are the ones in the background slaving off doing all the mundane work and they are completely fine with that because they are simply unable to realise the situation they are in and that is exactly what makes them so useful.
This is bluepilled. Normies are not needed for anything and are parasites on the planet.

There are two major fallacies in your assessment:

1. Assuming that society needs sheep to function: What exactly is the downside to having critically thinking janitors, fast food workers, etc? You could argue that those people being NPCs doesn't make them worse at their jobs, but there is also no upside to it. There's no reason why you NEED a class of people that are NPCs. If normies did their job as usual but while also having critical thinking, there would be absolutely no downside.

2. Assuming that most normies are useful in the first place: Sure, there's plenty of normies working as teachers, scientists, etc, but how many are actually good at their jobs? When Musk bought Twitter, he fired like half the staff, and while he did re-hire some of them, for the most part nothing fucking happened. The top 20% of workers do 90% of the meaningful work. The only reason companies don't just fire most of their workers is because it would result in mass social unrest, so they're forced to pretend that most of their workers matter somehow.

No, we do NOT need normies. They're a failed branch of humanity. Nothing more.

I see your point of view, but life is not that perfect.
Sure, if we lived in some sort of utopia where people actually enjoyed doing slavish work such as janitors, office work, fast food workers, etc, we wouldn't need normies in the slightest as they would simply just bring down the quality of life for normal people, but guess what?

Normal people absolutely despise these jobs.
These brain-numbing, soul-draining slave tier jobs are mostly carried out by said normies.
It's a slave class that does the dirty work that humanity does not want to do itself.

Normies are not good at what they do, you're right in that regard, but for some of these jobs you don't need them to be good.
You just need the bare minimum from them and that is exactly what they provide.
I agree, positions such as teachers & scientists should be reserved for actual bright minds and not normgroids, but why waste these normal functional humans in low class positions like a cashier or a janitor when a soulless normie can do them?

You still are not understanding my point.

It's not that being a normie NPCs makes you unable to do those jobs, it's that there wouldn't be any downside to it if every normie had critical thinking. We'd still have janitors, toilet cleaners, etc, they just wouldn't be stupid.

Well, I guess there would be no downside if you think that way.

My whole point is that these shitty jobs are unenjoyable and instead of making reasonable people do them, you could have these braindead normies do them.

But yeah, I see your point.
Having them exist and filling these positions is honestly worse and has more downsides than having a few unlucky people do the shitty jobs, you’re right.

Even then, who knows, some people would probably actually enjoy being a janitor or cashier so it’s honestly a pretty bad point from me.
