They said my hands stopped growing which is alresdy bad enough cuz my hands are pretty small but rhe huzz dont gaf about hand size that much whats worser is i was told i still have 5 to 7 cm to grow which is bad making my final heighy 177 to 179 cm.

you can increase that by a couple cm tops, but 179 is outside of manlet hell atleast, epecially with small insoles pushing you above average anywhere you go

Essentially if you take a high dose aromastase inhibitor you can essentially slow your growth plate fusion by 95% and paired with hgh you can essentially continue growing for as long as you want and as tall as you want. But its obviously not without risks
