Following my high protein and low fat and low carbs theory. i would like to further advance this.
MAYBE i will also do blood works. if i drop 10 KGS of fat. and hit 10-12 percent bodyfat ( yes i know i will be a lanklet but i don't aim for anything other than runway model physique )
currently 72 KG @ 18% BF
this will be without gym at all . because of the corona bull crap and everything is down.
