3 mm posterior genio
10mm ramus widening - 5mm each sided
a combo of clockwise and counter clockwise rotation to fix my canted mandible
3mm of lefort 1

Im not getting a big lefort movement. My bimax will be focused on more vertical height then forward growth. Since I’m not getting a big lefort movement should I still ask for the alar synch to avoid as much as possible any alar base expansion.

My surgeon is sure it won’t. 10mm of ramus widening isn’t a lot. I’m only getting 5mm each side.

My maxilla is to compact. The downgrafting will elongate the maxilla , making it more in balance
